Come to Sarah Bell’s farm, The Nesbitt Farm, and learn about SRI Rice production while visiting with farmers and friends from your area. We’ll talk about methods, sourcing, water management, and the successes and challenges Sarah has experienced in growing rice so far. We’ll learn about the sustainable SRI method of rice cultivation and talk about how this and soil health are relevant to farmers who are considering organic growing practices. After, we’ll kick back with a potluck and good company!
