Continuing our homestead slaughtering series from last year, we will be start-to-finish harvesting a hog with Holt Akers-Campbell and Katie Willis at Camp McDowell with lunch provided. In this workshop, you’ll learn butchering and processing techniques in addition to organic and sustainable livestock practices you can implement with the animals on your farm. This is a **limited-space** workshop. Ten farmers can be hands-on for the butchering portions of the workshop and then a small number of additional farmers on the waitlist will be invited to observe.
