The Transition to Organic Partnership Program (TOPP), a USDA initiative, is your gateway to a more sustainable and environmentally friendly approach to farming. We aim to empower producers like you with the education, technical assistance, and support necessary to make the transition to organic farming a seamless and rewarding journey.

TOPP is designed to introduce you to the principles and practices that define organic farming, fostering a deeper connection to the land and promoting sustainable farming methods. Our monthly discussion groups provide a platform to learn more about a wide range of organic topics while having the opportunity to ask questions and give input in real time. The monthly discussion groups will be led by Katie Brownell and Mike Herbst and feature a 45-minute presentation followed by open discussion.
