Are you ready to elevate your farming experience and embrace the principles of organic agriculture? The Transition to Organic Partnership Program (TOPP), a USDA initiative, is your gateway to a more sustainable and environmentally friendly approach to farming. We aim to empower producers like you with the education, technical assistance, and support necessary to make the transition to organic farming a seamless and rewarding journey.

Discover the world of organic agriculture and unlock the potential for healthier crops, soil, and ecosystems. TOPP is designed to introduce you to the principles and practices that define organic farming, fostering a deeper connection to the land and promoting sustainable farming methods. Our monthly discussion groups provide a platform to learn more about a wide range of organic topics while having the opportunity to ask questions and give input in real time. The monthly discussion groups will be led by Katie Brownell and Mike Herbst and feature a 45-minute presentation followed by open discussion.

Our in-person events provide a two-hour overview of the transition to organic production, followed by a Q&A session. Our goal is for these short in person sessions to get you started on your organic journey.
