Learn about the Arkansas Transition to Organic Partnership Program (TOPP) Organic Mentorship Program developed to support farmers transition to organic production. Experienced organic farmers can participate as mentors and be compensated for their time. New and beginning organic farmers can join as mentees and be paired with a farmer mentor who will help them through the certification process.
