The Land Connection produced a short 3-minute video to highlight the purpose of the Organic Grain Mentorship Program and how it supports seasoned conventional farmers (folks with many years of conventional row crop experience) as they transition some or all of their acres into organic production. The goal is to connect farmers with experience in organic transition as mentors to new and beginning producers to offer guidance and support so they don’t have to navigate this transition alone.
