Join us for coffee, pastries, and informative tables at 8:30am. The tour will commence at 9:00am. At Carter Clark Farms, you will find 30 acres of Sacajawea and McDonald crops in their fourth year of harvesting, using state-of-the-art Litau equipment. Their primary focus is on plant and soil nutrition through regular testing and nutrient balancing.
Following the tour, we will be having lunch at Cascade Foods. During this time, you can engage in insightful discussions about various topics, such as the organic market, soil health, grower support, and production costs.
