Sisters Hill Farm in Stanfordville, NY is a 400+ member non-profit CSA that has grown more than 1.7 million pounds of organically grown produce since 1999. Dave Hambleton, the head farmer and farm director, has been building his own solutions to common farm problems for over twenty years. This tour will focus on mechanical cultivation and wash and pack efficiencies as a way of reducing wear and tear on a small-scale, sustainable farmers most important tool: their bodies.
