Over the years Hop N Hen Farm has been able to implement a variety of practices that create a more sustainable and environmentally friendly operation. The farm has been able to do this with the support of NRCS and USDA funding opportunities. Through those funding channels the farm has been able to establish or improve things like solar energy, high tunnels, access roads, cover cropping and more. During this workshop the farm will showcase the varieties of projects and practices that have been established through this funding. The farm will also share more information about how to apply and their experiences with the process.
