We will hold a farmers-only meeting where we provide a space allowing farmers to talk about their challenges and successes in farming; what are the challenges of Black growers; their organic growing traditions; and the transitioning or organic program. We will have a farmer talk about their experience growing organic and transitioning in a farmer-to-farmer talk.
